Onazi Moses Oche, also known as Boss Director (born Boss Director ) is a Nigerian music video director and Social Media Promoter. Boss Director has directed music videos for recording artists across various genres of new generation.

Early life[edit]
Onazi Moses Oche, Boss – Director, hails from Benue State in Nigeria.[5] Boss grew up in Akwa, Anambra State, Nigeria from a middle-class background. He started directing at 19 while overseeing stage plays in his school and church. Boss started making videos at the early age of 16, but took it up professionally at 19 after graduating from Igumale Community Sec. School, making him the youngest professional filmmaker in Nigeria at the time.
Career[edit]
In 2017, Boss was responsible for around half of the videos on the summer 2017charts Count down Benue, [7] He directed videos for numerous musicians, including a controversial song by YK Brymzi, “Onyma”,[8] “Sanyor” by Lanty Easy,, and “MAMI WATER” by Niceskido which won viewers Choice at the 2020 Across Benue.[9]
